Refund & Return Policy

At Unallume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns:

  • You may return any unworn, unwashed, or defective item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us to arrange the exchange process.

Exceptions:

  • Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Cut Fabrics from yardage are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Pocket Squares are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.
  • International orders are not eligible for return/ refund or exchange.
